By accessing or using the Site in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Site or contributing content or other materials to the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Capitalized terms are defined in this Agreement.
These Terms, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you, but may be assigned by postaMap without restriction. Any attempted transfer or assignment in violation hereof shall be null and void.
Acceptance of Terms of Service and Amendments
Each time you use or cause access to this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, and as amended from time to time with or without notice to you. Additionally, if you are using a particular service on or through this website, you will be subject to any rules or guidelines applicable to those services, and they shall be incorporated by reference into these Terms of Service. Our Service
Our website and services are provided to you on an "AS IS" basis. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or delete your data on this website at any time without notice or liability to you. We are not responsible for the timeliness, deletion, failure to store, inaccuracy, or improper delivery of any data or information.
Your Responsibilities and Registration Obligations
To use this website, you must register, provide truthful information when requested, and be at least thirteen (13) years of age or older. By registering, you explicitly agree to our Terms of Service, which may be modified by us from time to time.

Registration and Password
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all uses of your registration and/or login, whether authorized or unauthorized by you. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your registration, user account, or password.
Shipping Information
Printed posters are rolled in a long cardboard box and shipped by USPS within the United States. Standard shipping is free on every printed order, with no minimum, and takes about 5 business days; USPS Priority Mail is offered at checkout for $8 and takes about 3 business days. Printing, packing and hand-off to the carrier take 1-2 business days before either count begins. Delivery times are the carrier's estimates rather than guarantees. If an order does not ship as stated, we will contact you with an update. Tracking numbers are provided post-shipment. Deliveries do not require a signature. We do not share or sell your personal information.
Refunds and Exchanges
Digital orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of the order date. A printed order may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of the order date, provided it has not yet been handed to USPS. If the carrier loses a parcel and tracking confirms it, the order is refunded in full. If a parcel is damaged in transit, we issue a 50% refund or a discount on a repeat order, against photographic evidence and a report filed with your local USPS branch. Payment
Full payment is required before products are shipped. Prices are set at the time of your order, and no delivery or payment fee is added to them. Purchases by individuals under 18 require parental permission. All transactions are processed through secure gateways, with no card information stored on our site.
Local Taxes
Local taxes (sales tax, customs duty) may apply based on your location and are your responsibility.
Warranty of Products
postaMap does not issue warranties for products sold through our site. Products are provided "AS IS" without warranties. Any applicable manufacturer warranties must be pursued with the manufacturer directly.
Your Conduct
You are responsible for all information or data you provide to our website. We are not liable for any objectionable or offensive content. By using our website, you agree not to engage in unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, offensive, or illegal activities, or infringe on any laws or copyrights.
Submission of Content
By providing content to our website, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, modify, distribute, and create derivative works from your content. You are responsible for the content you submit and agree that we can remove or block access to your content at our discretion.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us against any claims or damages arising from your use of the website, provision of content, or violation of these Terms of Service.
Arbitration
Disputes with postaMap are to be resolved through arbitration according to the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in the United States at a location mutually agreed upon by the parties.

We reserve all rights in our website, its content, and the services provided. Any commercial use requires our prior written consent.
Applicable Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where postaMap's headquarters are located, within the United States. By using our website, you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of these courts.

Map posters sold through postaMap.com are decorative personalized prints. Star maps are computed from public astronomical catalogs and city maps are drawn from OpenStreetMap data; neither confers any legal title, naming right, or official registration of any kind.
