Digital downloads
Your print-ready file is generated at checkout and emailed within minutes. Nothing ships and nothing waits on production. The file is made for the size you chose in the designer, so print it at that size - or smaller, which only makes it sharper. If the email has not arrived within an hour, check your spam folder and then write to us - we can resend it.
The digital download is available anywhere in the world. If you are ordering from outside the United States, this is the format for you - printed orders ship domestically only.
Printed posters
Production (1-2 business days). Every printed order is produced to your design, so it is not picked off a shelf. Printing, packing and hand-off to the carrier take 1-2 business days from checkout.
How it travels. The poster is rolled and shipped in a long cardboard box - rigid enough that it does not arrive creased, and slim enough to fit most mail slots. Everything ships with USPS.
Where we ship. Printed posters ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. For any address outside the U.S., choose the digital download instead - it arrives by email in minutes and prints anywhere.
Shipping speeds
Standard - free, 5 business days. Included in the price at every size and to every address we deliver to. There is no minimum order and nothing to add at checkout.
USPS Priority Mail - 3 business days, $8. Chosen at checkout if you want it sooner.
Both counts start when the parcel is handed to USPS, not when the order is placed - add the 1-2 production days to get the whole journey. Delivery days are the carrier's estimate, not a guarantee; USPS does not treat weekends or federal holidays as business days.
Tracking. Every printed order ships tracked. The tracking number is emailed as soon as the parcel leaves production, so you can follow it to the door.
Customs and duties. None. Printed orders never cross a border, so there is nothing to declare and no import fees to pay.
Payment
Cards. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, processed by Stripe.
Apple Pay and Google Pay. Available at checkout on supported devices - the card details you have already saved are used, so the order goes through in a couple of taps.
Card details. We never see or store them. Payment data goes straight to the processor, and the order only records that the payment succeeded.
Something wrong with an order?
If a parcel arrives damaged or the print is not what you approved in the designer, our Cancellation and Refund policy covers what happens next. For anything else, contact support - a real person reads every message.
